What is special about Chef Felicien’s cakes?
The French cremeux is Chef Felicien’s new creations made using the finest French ingredient to deliver an authentic and indulgent experiences. It is artistically crafted with love and passion.
Each piece is hand crafted, ensuring each that every bite is a perfect balance of taste and texture. The base is made using 70% Callebaut Chocolate offering a rich, velvety foundation that is also gluten-free. Cakes & Pastries Ordering

How early in advance should I place my order?
We recommend you order as early as possible and at least 48 hours in advance. Cakes and pastries are made fresh and the advance order allows us to plan ahead.
Can I make a last minute order on the same day of pick up?
Our booking system requires above 48 hours notice. For urgent orders, please Whatsapp or call us at 83 688 699 and we will try our best to help.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Amendments should be made 48 hours in advance. No refunds are available once payment is
processed.

Why I am not able to select the date at check out?
Ensure the date is at least 48 hours from the order time. Please Whatsapp us at 83 688 699 should you require assistance.
Can I write a note for the order?
Yes, can enter the details under the notes section.
Storage
Shelf Life
How long can the pastries & cakes be kept for?
Our products are preservative free and made fresh daily. Best to consumed fresh to ensure optimum quality. We strongly recommend not to consume beyond 3 days and to place the item sealed in the freezer for a longer shelf life.
Should the cakes and pastries be refrigerated?
For breads and croissants, do refrigerate for optimal freshness or place some in a sealed container in the freezer for prolong shelf life.
For cakes, refrigerate upon delivery as they contain fresh ingredients such as dairy which need to be kept within 0-4ºC. For maximum shelf life, please do not leave the products outside for more than 1 hour and refrain from leaving them inside the car for prolonged period.\

Delivery and store pick ups
Do you provide free delivery?
Delivery is free for orders $250 and above. Orders below $250 incur a $25 fee within a 10km radius.
East Coast area delivery is $15.

When is the delivery?
Standard delivery is between 1pm to 6pm. Please ensure someone if available to receive the
delivery. The driver will inform you 1 hour in advance.
Can I choose a time for my delivery?
Specific delivery time can be arranged for an extra $15 to $25 as we need to arrange alternative delivery. You can also opt for self pick-up or arrange your own delivery via Grab or Lalamove.
Our drivers will do our best to deliver the item to you. For failed deliveries, a $35 re-delivery
charge applies as we will have to arrange a private vendor for delivery.
In the event access to your premises is difficult to find thereby preventing our drivers access
to your premises and you are not able to be contacted, it will be considered as a failed
delivery.

What is the timing for pick up?
Pick_up is available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Sunda y(except Tuesdays)
Should I arrange a motorbike or a car for self pick up and delivery?
For cakes and food, best to use a CAR and not a bike to ensure the items and presentation remains intact.
For pastries and dried goods, a motor bike is suitable.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
All items are pre-checked for quality, accuracy and presentation before they are sent. As such, no refund or exchange unless major defects are detected . Please check your order upon delivery and contact us at orders@lepetitparis.shop within 30minutes of delivery with your name, contact details, 2 photos of the items and describe the issue.
